  • Read and download open documentation from the Governance Intranet, including meeting documentation, policies, principal's circulars and acts.

Servicing officer

  • Read and download any open documents.

  • Manage their committee/s for which they are servicing officer:

  • Create meeting folders

  • Upload meeting documentation

  • Check out committee documents

  • Add and update committee documentation

Chair person

  • Read and download any open documents.

  • Review meeting documentation of committee/s for which they are chair person:

    • Check out meeting documents (e.g. agenda, minutes - current and/or previous)

    • Approve meeting minutes and agendas, as applicable

    • Check in meeting documentation

 

Committee member

  • Read and download any open documents.

  • Read and download any committee documents for which they are committee member.

 

Secretariat member

  • Read and download any open documents.

  • Oversee the management of committees.

  • Submit a system request for the creation of any new committee which has been approved

 

Policy officer

  • Read and download any open documents.

  • Manage their policy or policies for which they are policy officer:

    • Upload policies for review

    • Send out policy notifications

    • Edit the status, changes and version of the policy

    • Check out policy documents for review

    • Add and update policy details

    • Convert approved policy to PDF.

Policy owner

  • Read and download any open documents.

  • Elect a review panel.

  • Review policy or policies for which they are the policy owner:

    • Check out a policy

    • Approve policy changes, as applicable

    • Check in a policy
