Assistant servicing officer?

The assistant servicing officer is a staff member delegated with the responsibility to act as a back up to the servicing officer and assist the chair, when necessary, and ensure the efficient and effective functioning of the committee.

When required, the assistant servicing officer will carry out the servicing officer tasks which include preparing and circulating committee documentation (agendas, attachments, minutes, etc.), scheduling meetings, booking and preparing venues, liaising with committee members, and maintaining the terms of reference and membership list.
