Closed committee?

A committee is classified “closed” when its documentation is not accessible to non-committee members. This applies when the committee affects individuals in their personal capacities (e.g., selection, promotion, awards, and disciplinary committees) and when confidentiality must be maintained at all times to protect the interests of the University or any other party.
