The Researcher Profiles and Scholarly Outputs modules and data reside on a web server located centrally in the University, and can be accessed from a computer on the UCT network, running Microsoft Windows. Researcher Profiles is a customised instance of Microsoft SharePoint.
To start Researcher Profiles, first log on to the network, and then log on to Researcher Profiles web site using your network user name (e.g. your staff number or third party number) and password. See: Getting access to Researcher Profiles
