Procedure: Adding a Career / Employment Profile

Introduction

The Career/Employment Profile sub-category is where a comprehensive list of all employment positions can be listed.  These could be contract, permanent or temporary positions in either a full-time or part-time capacity. There is no restriction on the total number of entries you may add.

Procedure

  1. Log in to the UCT Research Portal website with your UCT network credentials.

  2. In the Researcher Profiles – Home page, click Career/Employment Profile sub-category.

  3. The Researcher Profiles – Employment Profile page opens with the various Career/Employment Profile listings on the page.

Adding your career / employment profile

  1. The Add a Career/Employment Profile dialog box appears.

Saving your career / employment profile

  1. The Researcher Profiles – Employment Profile page reopens.

  2. If necessary, click rp_updownarrows.gif up / down arrows under Change order to sort the Career/Employment Profile by priority.
