Procedure: Deleting a Course Convenorship

Introduction

Existing Course Convenorship entries may be deleted if required.  

Course Convenorship entries may be manually sorted into a logical order which will be used when generating CVs and displaying on websites.

Each Course Convenorship entry on this page will be listed in a new row and will be displayed alternately in a blue / black font colour.  This formatting is only used within the Researcher Profile context and purely for ease of visual display of multiple entries.

Procedure

1. Log in to the UCT Research Portal website with your UCT network credentials.

2. In the Researcher Profiles – Home page, click Course Convenorship sub-category.

3. The Researcher Profiles – Course Convenorship page opens.

• Click Delete at the end of the Course Convenorship entry you wish to delete.

4. A message dialog box appears asking "Are you sure you want to delete this?”.

5. Click OK to delete this entry.

5. The Researcher Profiles – Course Convenorship page reopens.

6. The deleted entry is removed from the Course Convenorship listing.
