Procedure: Deleting a Research Funding Narrative

Introduction

• Existing Research Funding Narrative entries may be deleted, if required.  

• Research Funding Narrative entries may be manually sorted into a logical order which will be used when generating CVs and displaying on websites.

• Each Research Funding Narrative entry on this page will be listed in a new row and will be displayed alternately in a blue / black font colour.  This formatting is only used within the Researcher Profile context and purely for ease of visual display of multiple entries.

Procedure

1. Log in to the UCT Research Portal website with your UCT network credentials.

2. In the Researcher Profiles – Home page, click Research Funding sub-category.

3. The Researcher Profiles – Research Funding page opens displaying the Research Funding Narrative listings.

Deleting a research funding narrative entry

• Click Delete next to the Research Funding Narrative entry you wish to delete.

4. A message dialog box confirms: “Are you sure you want to delete this?”

5. Click OK to delete this entry.

5. The Researcher Profiles – Research Funding page reopens.

6. The deleted entry is removed from the Research Funding Narrative listing.
