Procedure: Deleting an Engaged Scholarship entry

Introduction

• Existing Engaged Scholarship entries may be deleted if required.  

• Engaged Scholarship entries may be manually sorted into a logical order which will be used when generating CVs and displaying on websites.

• Each Engaged Scholarship entry on this page will be listed in a new row and will be displayed alternately in a blue / black font colour.  This formatting is only used within the Researcher Profile context and purely for ease of visual display of multiple entries.

Procedure

1. Log in to the UCT Research Portal website with your UCT network credentials.

2. In the Researcher Profiles – Home page, click Engaged Scholarship sub-category.

3. The Researcher Profiles – Engaged Scholarship page opens displaying the Engaged Scholarship listings.

Deleting a engaged scholarship entry

• Click Delete next to the Engaged Scholarship entry you wish to delete.

4. A message dialog box confirms: “Are you sure you want to delete this?”

5. Click OK to delete this entry.

5. The Researcher Profiles – Engaged Scholarship page reopens.

6. The deleted entry is removed from the Engaged Scholarship listing.
