Procedure: Editing a Conference Attended

Introduction

Existing Conference Attended entries may be edited / updated if required.  

Conference Attended entries may be manually sorted into a logical order which will be used when generating CV’s and displaying on websites.

Each Conference Attended entry on this page will be listed in a new row and will be displayed alternately in a blue / black font colour.  This formatting is only used within the Researcher Profile context and purely for ease of visual display of multiple entries.

Procedure

  1. Log in to the UCT Research Portal website with your UCT network credentials.

  2. In the Researcher Profiles – Home page, click Conferences Attended sub-category.

  3. The Researcher Profiles – Conferences Attended page opens displaying the Conferences Attended listing.

Editing a conference attended entry

  1. The Edit a Conference Attended dialog box appears.

Saving the edited professional activities entry

  1. The Researcher Profiles – Conferences Attended page reopens.

  2. If necessary, click rp_updownarrows.gif up / down arrows under Change order to sort the Conferences Attended listing by priority.
