Procedure: Editing a Conference Organisation entry

Introduction

Existing Conference Organisation entries may be edited or updated if required.  

Conference Organisation entries may be manually sorted into a logical order which will be used when generating CVs and displaying on websites.

Each Conference Organisation entry on this page will be listed in a new row and will be displayed alternately in a blue / black font colour.  This formatting is only used within the Researcher Profile context and purely for ease of visual display of multiple entries.

Procedure

  1. Log in to the UCT Research Portal website with your UCT network credentials.

  2. In the Researcher Profiles – Home page, click Conference Organisation sub-category.

  3. The Researcher Profiles – Conference Organisation page opens displaying the Conference Organisation listing.

Editing an conference organisation entry

  1. The Edit a Conference Organisation dialog box appears.

Saving the edited conference organisation entry

  1. The Researcher Profiles – Conference Organisation page reopens.

  2. If necessary, click rp_updownarrows.gif up / down arrows under Change order to sort the Conference Organisation listing by priority.
