Procedure: Editing Directorships

Introduction

Existing Directorships entries may be edited / updated if required.  

Directorships entries may be manually sorted into a logical order which will be used when generating CVs and displaying on websites.

Each Directorships entry on this page will be listed in a new row and will be displayed alternately in a blue / black font colour.  This formatting is only used within the Researcher Profile context and purely for ease of visual display of multiple entries.

Procedure

  1. Log in to the UCT Research Portal website with your UCT network credentials.

  2. In the Researcher Profiles – Home page, click Directorships sub-category.

  3. The Researcher Profiles – Directorships page opens displaying the Directorships listing.

Editing a directorship

  1. The Edit a Directorship dialog box appears.

Saving the edited directorship

  1. The Researcher Profiles – Directorships page reopens.

  2. If necessary, click rp_updownarrows.gif up / down arrows under Change order to sort the Directorships listings by priority.
