The UCT administrative forms are available on the web (see: the Forms Index). You can view them in your default browser.

In Windows XP:
On your
desktop, click Start
and choose Programs
® UCT
Admin ®
UCT Admin
Forms.
Your default web browser opens displaying the index of all available forms.
Click the appropriate form name. To locate a form in the index, choose Edit ® Find.
Either the form opens in Microsoft Word within the browser,
Or you will be prompted to View the file.
Or Save the file to a local drive. See: Saving forms from the web
In Windows 7:
On your
desktop, click Start
and choose All Programs ®
UCT Admin ® Admin Forms.
Your default web browser opens displaying the UCT Administrative Forms page, an index of all available forms.
To locate a form in the index, choose Edit ® Find.
Click the appropriate form name to open.
Either the form opens in Microsoft Word,
Or an Opening <form name> dialog box appears you will be prompted to
Either select Open with Microsoft Word (default).
Or select Save File. See: Saving forms from the web
Click OK.
Anywhere that a form name is hyperlinked, click the form name.
Either a second web browser window opens displaying the form in Microsoft Word,
Or you will be prompted to View the file.
Or Save the file to a local drive. See: Saving forms from the web
If you
are using an older version of Internet Explorer, and the form does
not open in Microsoft Word, then click Tools
to make Microsoft Word toolbars available for formatting your text.
To hide or display formatting marks e.g. paragraph marks in Internet Explorer, choose Tools ® Options and edit the Formatting mark options in the View tab.
Only print a form from the forms list on the web when you need it. Forms are regularly updated and old printouts may be out of date.
Before printing, ensure that your page size is set to A4:
Choose File ® Print.
The Print dialog box appears.
Click Preferences under the General tab.
The Preferences dialog box appears.
Click Advanced.
The Advanced Options dialog box appears.
Ensure that the Page Size is set to A4.
Each time you print, preview (all pages) to ensure that the correct amount of pages are printing with no orphans or widows.
A widow is the last line of a paragraph printed by itself at the top of a page. An orphan is the first line of a paragraph printed by itself at the bottom of a page. The default setting in Microsoft Word prevents widows and orphans.
Fill out forms electronically by e.g. clicking in the table cells and typing the required information.
You can use Microsoft Word tools to format your text.
When the form is complete, print it out and get the relevant approval signatures on paper.
