If you have access to the UCT Third Party System you can log in to it using your network user name and password. See: Signing in or out.
If you forget your network password you need to change it using the UCT password management tool, Password Self-Service, which allows you to reset your own password online from any location that has access to the Internet.
You must have set up your answers to the challenge response questions before you can use Password Self-Service to change your forgotten password. See: Important information about using Password Self-Service (external link).
Use Password Self-Service to change your password, see: Change your forgotten password (external link).
Your password is now reset and you can access the UCT Third Party System.
