Third Party System name and home link

This link appears on all pages and enables users to navigate directly to the Home page.

Main menu

The main menu appears at the top on all pages:

  • Requesters see menu items:

  • Accounts drop-down menu with options to: Request New Third Party Account; Renew Third Party Account, View Third Party History

  • Help: Opens the Third Party System online help in a new window.

  • Approvers/authorizers see menu items that requesters see and:

  • If applicable when there are requests for review, the Approvals

  • My Approval History

Profile name

The signed in user's preferred name appears near the top right of the page.

Third Party Home page heading and instructions

 

Action buttons (context dependent)

  • New Account button: Request a new physical and/or logical account for new third parties (all roles).

  • Renew Account button: Renew or extend physical and/or logical access for existing third party accounts (all roles).

  •  

All Pending Requests

  • Lists high-level details of third party access requests that are pending approva in your areal.

Note: When you first start using the new Third Party System this section will be empty.

 

Approved Requests (authorizers only)

  • Lists high-level details of all third party access requests in your area which have been approved.

  • For Active third party accounts, includes action buttons to View or Expire.

  • For Expired third party accounts, includes action button to View account details.
