Structure: UCT Third Party System

Introduction

The home page of a UCT Third Party System consists of the following areas:

Header menu: UCT logo, and name of person signed in
Navigation: Instructions and buttons for view, request, renew (authorizers only) and help.
ALL Pending Requests section: List of the details of all third party requests which were submitted by the person currently signed in to the Third Party System
Approved Requests section (authorizers only): List of the details of all third party requests which have been sent for review to the person currently signed in, who is the authorizer for these requests.

Third Party System name and home link	This link appears on all pages and enables users to navigate directly to the Home page.	Third Party System Home page.
Main menu	The main menu appears at the top on all pages: Requesters see menu items: Accounts drop-down menu with options to: Request New Third Party Account; Renew Third Party Account, View Third Party History Help: Opens the Third Party System online help in a new window. Approvers/authorizers see menu items that requesters see and: If applicable when there are requests for review, the Approvals My Approval History	Requesting access for a new third party Requesting access for a new third party Viewing an existing third party Reviewing an access request for a new or existing third party
Profile name	The signed in user's preferred name appears near the top right of the page.	Signing in or out What to do if you forget your password

Action buttons (context dependent)	New Account button: Request a new physical and/or logical account for new third parties (all roles). All Pending Requests	Lists high-level details of third party access requests that are pending approva in your areal. Note: When you first start using the new Third Party System this section will be empty.
Approved Requests (authorizers only)	Lists high-level details of all third party access requests in your area which have been approved. For Active third party accounts, includes action buttons to View or Expire. For Expired third party accounts, includes action button to View account details. Note: When you first start using the new Third Party System this section may be empty.
