Staff members with access to UCT’s computer network and the Third Party System must sign in before they can use the system.
You will be automatically signed out of the system if you do not use it for 5 minutes.
The Third Party System is only compatible with Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome, therefore you must use either IE, Firefox or Chrome as your default browser.
Before you can sign in to the UCT Third Party System, you need to log on to the UCT network either directly or via VPN.
If you are requesting access for a third party, you need to ensure that you do the following:

In your Internet browser, navigate to the UCT Third Party System web page.
The Single Sign-On Service page opens.
Enter your UCT network user name in the Username field (e.g. staff number or third party number).
Enter your UCT network password in the Password field.
Click Sign In.
The Home UCT Third Party System page opens enabling you to:
As a requester:
As an approver/authorizer, you can also:
In the main menu, click Sign out.
The Sign Out page opens and you are signed out.
If you would like to sign in again from this page, click Sign in.
The Sign in to your account page appears.
In the Pick an account dialog box, click to select your account and you will be signed in again if is soon after you signed out.
The Home UCT Third Party System page reappears.
